The cost of the programs includes tuition and other expenses such as textbooks, manuals, media, and other associated costs. A non-refundable application fee of $50 will be charged for applying our programs or certificates. The table below outlines tuition costs for our degree and certificate programs for classes beginning in September 2018. These prices are subject to change. Note: Those who enrolled without database or computer science background will take three more courses as prerequisites. Credit hour costs are provided for comparison only. Tuition is charged by the whole program, not by courses. Students need to finish all required courses to obtain the degree or certificate.

Payment
Every student must make tuition payment arrangements to complete the registration process before their scheduled orientation date. Tuition should be paid by either bank check or bank wired. Students who have not paid tuition, fees, or any outstanding balance by the payment deadlines will be cancelled from their future term, and all registered classes for the future term will be dropped for non-payment. Payment deadlines are the first week of every term. Student should pay all current term tuition and fees, the late registration fee, and any outstanding balance due. The late registration fee is $50.00.
